We are reviewing and making connections between...
...all the parts of our Science units we've visited so far, particularly reviewing what we know and remember about winter - the needs of plants and animals in winter, colours we see in winter, cool colours vs warm colours, as well as all the things people do in winter, such as celebrations.
We are paying particular attention right now to how we use our Senses connected to health and safety as well as the connections to our other four science units:
Creating Colour
Seasonal Changes
Needs of Plants and Animals
Building Things
We are making lots art connections around use of shape, line, colour - while creating sketches to accompany our learning around the Senses.
Ask me what it felt like to pretend I was blind today? Ask me if there is one sense I would be willing to live without!
