This morning was the muffin breakfast and Terry Fox Run!
We had an assembly with a speaker who is a cancer survivor and a doctor.
We ran outside in the cold and rain/snow, but we persevered and helped to finish Terry's Run.
Back inside we ate our snacks and listened to more Fall stories. We explored a lot of books today.
We had an extra gym time today with Mr. J, with free choice stations! A favourite!
Then our grade 4 buddies came to our room to share books and puzzles and some new file folder language games. We wound up with some math and STEM bin choices. What a busy day!
Looking forward to end of September and updating our personal calendars on Monday. It will be a Day 4, which is a music day for us.
If you get a chance, talk about any family favourite Autumn activities and celebrations, as we will collect more data, and survey our room to find out what our favourites are!
