Pink Shirt - Anti-bullying

Next Week Pink Shirt Day

We have a big lead up to Pink Shirt Day on the 26th.

We've already been focussing on friendship, kindness and inclusion with our stories and discussions leading up to the long weekend!  As a school we will create a huge puzzle demonstrating our ideas around kindness, inclusion - to show what that looks and sounds like in a community of learners!

Hope everyone had a fabulous Family Day Long Weekend!

There is an assembly this Friday as a lead up to Pink Shirt Day, which is coming on the 26th

Thursday is 100 DAY!   Dress up on Friday - how would you look 100 years old!

On Thursday we are winding up our 100th Day math activities, as we have been bringing collections for counting and we have practiced counting to 100 in a variety of different ways!

"I should be able to show or tell you the quickest way we found to skip count to 100 and how to group objects so we can quickly see and count the groups!"

On Friday the Grade ones are all dressing up like they are 100 years old!  Although we will celebrate 100 days on 100 day (Thursday), all the grade 1's are invited to dress up on Friday to show how they think 100 years old would look!
