FAMILY MATH NIGHT as well! I have a meeting after school between 4 and 5 on Thursday, but if you wish to pick up your child's family artifact that evening, you can make arrangements with me between 5 and 6 to do so! I will send home in backpacks those that I can. Please let me know with a little note or email if you would rather I do not - some I am already aware of for obvious reasons.
I can also have you pick those artifacts up on Friday after school, at 1:20. I will keep artifacts safe in the room until pick up or such as needed. Friday morning I am in meetings, therefore unavailable.
Our classroom is not being used for Thursday's Family Math Night, so all artifacts will be safe here even over the weekend if need be! I will be here Monday Feb 10th after school if you need or wish to pick up then.
February Dates to Consider:
Teacher's Convention, no school Feb 13th and 14th
Family Day, no school Feb 17
100 Day falls on Thursday, Feb 20th - we are sharing and counting up to and including that day!
But this week is devoted mainly to Social Studies Museum sharing first!
The Convention, and Family Day mean we will celebrate Valentine's on the 12th!
Valentines: Please ensure students bring enough for all classmates if they are sharing cards that day; there is not an expectation that students need to share, as we are doing whole school Literacy, and mental health connections with our buddies to spread good cheer, friendship and kindness all month!
